It looks like the upgreade to DNN V. 4.3.4 fixed the problem for me.

Hello Blaine,

There is no problem with the iFrame module -- this is actually a security feature of IE, and the quickest remedy is to add your target site (help desk app server in your case) to the list of Trusted Sites, under Internet Options -> Security.
