String.replace: String cannot be of zero length. Parameter name: oldValue 

I am using 4.5.4. We need to replace ® in the string like

str1.Replace("®",""). But gives error.. String cannot be of zero length. Parameter name: oldValue.

this works properly in other website. It is an upgrade to dnn 3.3.1.

I personally have never liked the use of empty quotes.  Try using String.Empty instead
