Edit Media Options only available to Host 

I'm guessing that I'm just overlooking something obvious, but I'm testing out the Media Module this morning and noticed that only the Host account sees the "Edit media options" choice?  Is that a feature of the module or something I've overlooked when setting up the module.  The admin account can view the media once its there with no problem.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
