Can't access site after playing video

I have the DNN HTML module and the DNN Media module on a page. I added some text then I configured the Media module to play. It plays everything is fine. I then notice a typo in the HTML.  Neither edit Text menu or the Pencil Icon will work and I cannot edit the text.

What the event viewer says

EventQueue.ProcessMessage: Message Processing Failed

ExceptionMessage: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

It works some times and not others. Some users have no problems and others are complaining that the video doesn't play and they have the same configurations as those who have it play.

Is there a stable method of playing video on DNN. the DNN media module has given me nothing but grief?
