Page Role Overrides Link Module Role

Version: 04.05.01 - I have users in a certain role that allows them to add modules to a page and edit modules on a page. However, I have setup link modules that "Should" not allow not allow edit privileges for that role. It looks like the page role settings are overriding the module role settings. The module is not inheriting permissions from the page. I have defined unique permissions that "Should" not allow this role to edit the module, but they still can. How do I allow a role to edit a page but not a particular link module on that page.

Re: Page Role Overrides Link Module Role

This is an inherint problem in the links module. At this time, there is no way to accomplish this. Very sorry to be the barer of band news.
