Link Query

Hi.

Im looking to add a module to the frontpage of an intranet which will allow each individual user of the intranet to add links to the documents which they use on a regular basis.

However because of the fact that each user will want to have different links visable to them, I was wondering how to go about setting up a module which will allow each user to add links to their frontpage without these links then being visable to every other user of the intranet.

Thanks

Re: Link Query

Same here.  I'm somewhat surprised that such a basic function isn't bundled with the standard installation by now.

The only thing I've found is the My Links module but that is a commercial module (even though its listed under the free section!!!)  Apart from this there doesn't seem to be much, if anything available.

Re: Link Query

AFAIK the links module currently does not support this use case. The only standard module I can think to use is User Defined Table with "edit own items only" permission and a filter for own items as well.
