Re: Links Module with images

At this time, the links module can display an icon next to a link. The problem is the fact that the icon is module specific, not link specific. So that means all the links have the same icon. We are planning on allowing individual links to have their own image / icon. This will solve the issue.

Re: Links Module with images

Alec, on your roadmap,

The Links Module has been a red-headed step child for too long. Future functionality to be added over the next few months will be:

  • Image Links - This would allow you to create links that are nothing more than images. This could be useful for someone wanting to create a side navigation.

Has there been progress made on this? It would just seem to look neater if they only had to click on the icon instead of the link next to the icon. I would prefer not to nave it in the Text/HTML link so i can track clicks and other functionality that the Links module provides.

Happy Holidays,

Dean
