dropdownlist bug

With 4.3.1 (source)
Dropdown list works when logged in, however when logged out and I press go nothing happens at all.

Cheers

Alex

p.s. Feature request - Is it possible to get "Open Link In New Browser Window?" selected by default when entering in new items (i.e. change the default setting via the module settings).

Re: dropdownlist bug

I was not able to reproduce this behaviour.. maybe you have some popup blocker acting up?

regarding your ps: i suppose that is possible.. currently there is no project leader though for this module, so dont expect too many new features ....

cheers,
Erik

Re: dropdownlist bug

It works fine with the default flat list (not blocked). Not the drop down list setting however. The only other thing I did was copy the module on multiple pages and deleted the original module. However new modules experience the same behaviour after this.

Cheers

Alex

Re: dropdownlist bug

Can this bug get logged somewhere?

4.3.2 When set as control type dropdown, navigating to a link does not work when logged out with IE or Opera.
It works fine when logged in or control type is set as list.

Thanks

Alex

Re: dropdownlist bug
I am having the same problem as well.  With me the error shows up in both Firefox and IE.  The only difference being, when I am not logged on as an administrator, it doesn't work.  I could be logged on with no edit rights, and the links don't work in dropdown mode.  I am also using 4.3.2.   It is only working when I have admin rights.  A solution would be nice...as the link list I need is kind of long.
