3.01.14 - wrong date format
Hi,

I'm testing the Repository Module 3.01.14 with my DNN 4.6.2 website. The website is bilingual, so the english date is shown right, but the german should look like this: dd.mm.yyyy but in this module it's mm.dd.yyyy.

Just wanna let you know, so you might fix this issue.
thx for your work.

Re: 3.01.14 - wrong date format

Maybe the answer I got to  similar question will help:

Most of the templates define the date formats.  You'll have to edit the templates to use UK-gb style dates.  For example, in Templates/default/template.xml, you'd need to change the Dateformat Value element:

                Dateformat
                dd/MM/yyyy @ hh:mm

Maybe you could try

Dateformat
dd.MM.yyyy @ hh:mm

Regards

Julian

Re: 3.01.14 - wrong date format

Take a look at your template, in particular the template.xml. You can set the date format here.

Re: 3.01.14 - wrong date format

In your template.xml you can set it up for multiple language formats.

<Object>
   <Token>[CREATEDDATE]</Token>
   <Settings>
      <Setting>
         <Name>Dateformat</Name>
         <Value>ddd MM/dd/yyyy @ hh:mm</Value>
      </Setting>
      <Setting>
         <Name>Dateformat-en-AU</Name>
         <Value>dd/MM/yyyy @ hh:mm</Value>
      </Setting>
   </Settings>
</Object>

In that example anyone with their language set for AU (Australia?) would get a day/month/year format while everyone else would get month/day/year.

That's what I was looking for.. thx mate. I found the code before, but didn't know you can/have to add other date cultures there.
