Re: Attributes Walk-Through

Do you know if this bug will be fixed soon ? Or if there are any other alternatives ?

Re: Attributes Walk-Through
I'll check the code that we're bug testing to see if it's been fixed. As an alternative you can put the code into your header.xml for the time being and it'll work.

Re: Attributes Walk-Through

Ok, so I should have done an error somewhere, because my form is bugging when trying to add a new file (I do not have the correct button).

Anyway, I have a strange behavior: if I have set an attribute and values for a category, I have the drop-down attribute-list for ALL category (it is not populated just for this particular category, but for all category).

If I have categories: Cars / Airplanes / Trains and Attributes "Color" (for Cars only), the attribute "Color" is populated for ALL category. Is this normal ??

Re: Attributes Walk-Through
Yes it's normal. Attributes aren't tied to a category. You can't assign an attribute to only one category.

Re: Attributes Walk-Through

When I put the following settings in the header.xml and form.xml file radio buttons appear just fine. However when I go to update the item with a radio button selection I get the following error.

A critical error has occurred. Unable to cast object of type 'System.Web.UI.WebControls.RadioButtonList' to type 'System.Web.UI.WebControls.CheckBoxList'.

<Object>

      </Setting>

          <Value>SINGLE</Value>
      </Setting>
   </Settings>
</Object>
