Set edit container skin

I tried to figure out where to select different container skin for edit. After I select a new skin for a container, it shows correctly in view mode, but when I clicked the edit icon, it will use default dnn skin. Any one points me to right place?

Thanks

Hy

Re: Set edit container skin

To my knowledge, there isn't a way to change the edit skin for a single module without altering the DNN source code.  You can however change the edit skin for the entire web site in your Site Settings.

Re: Set edit container skin

whenever a module is in edit or manage mode, it gets displayed in portal "admin" skin and container, which, upfortunately, cannot be overridden per page or module. I suggest to enter this as enhancement request into the public issue tracker at support.dotnetnuke.com.

Re: Set edit container skin

Yes.  This is a common request.  I remember at some point there being acknowledgment of this need.  I think the separation of admin modules into normal modules (in v5.0) i s the first step to get to what we are talking about here.

Re: Set edit container skin

unfortunately, the separtion of admin modules is not bundled with additonal layout options.
