Did you find anything out in regards to this?  I followed the instructions to export my existing UDT data, deleted my UDT module, upgraded to the new version and imported my data.  In addition to still having the html characters showing, now I can't seem to sort my UDT data.  What I imported always appears first and any new records get shoved to the end of the list.   Any help would be most appreciated!

Oops, I thought I did respond. There seems to be an issue, if the option for enhanced security is enabled in Module settings. disabling it restores desired URL-encoding. This needs to be fixed in a future release.
