Inserting UDT module in the middle of Content Pane

I am trying to add the UDT into the conttent pane that already has text/HTML module.  The content page has a few descriptive paragraphs and a table of all products.  I wish to insert into the middle of the page, etween the paragraph and the table, a UDT that does not show results until searched.  My reason is that while the table has only the product name, the UDT has expanded information for each product.  I wish to allow people to either look at only a list, or to search.  SO how do I insert the UDT in the middle of the content pane?  Do I need to seperate out the paragraph from the table and insert a seperate module between?

Do I need to seperate out the paragraph from the table and insert a seperate module between? Yes i would say that would be the answer, add the UDT below what you have now, then add a new txt module, cut the table from the top txt module and place into the bottom one and all should be good.

I agree with Pete, however another option would be using Header and Footer text, which can be specified in module settings (of an module) and gets injected above / beneath the content.

Re: Inserting UDT module in the middle of Content Pane

Thanks, to you both, I went the Text-USD-Text method.  As an aside, is it known that the Google spiders can search a UDT in order to help rank a page in organic searches?  If so, would there be a difference if the data were hidden until a serach is made?

Google can only index the returned html content, so if your data is hidden, it will not be included (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deep_Web).
