How to filter on true Bool fields

Hi Team,

I loev this module - it's becoming more flexible all the time!

I just noticed the filter filed but it is not working for me - I want to filter on all records that are True:

Here is my field:

Active True/False

and here is my filter:

Active = 'true'

I have tried every variation but it either returns no records (as in the case above) or it throws an error about the "=" and Booleans. here are definitely records that are Active. Any ideas please?

Thanks,
Rodney

Re: How to filter on true Bool fields

Sure, this question was already asked a lot of times.

UDT has the concept of hidden columns. Your column Active doesn't contain True or False during rendering, but the html to show (un)checked boxes as images. The value itself is currently available inside the hidden column Active_UDT_Original.

Please refer the documentation for more information. The configuration dialog contains also links to the HiddenColumn Help.

Re: How to filter on true Bool fields

Thanks for the help Stefan - the configuration help screens do not work on mine (I get a 404 error) - hence the questions. It is more complex than I had imagined (I can see how awesomely flexibile it is now!) and I as per your advice I have this working now.

Thanks,
Rodney
