03.01.00 feedback 

"Bug" that needs to be trapped in XML/XSL 03.01.00.
When the network connectivity is down for the XML feed the following error message (below) needs to be replaced with a friendlier message.

Thanks Alex, every input regarding the xml module will be helpful.

The detailed error message should only be visible if you are logged in as Admin, otherwise you will only read

An error has occurred.
Error: Wheather is currently unavailable.

This is fine - no bug. I would consider it as a bad habit though. The Xml module should be able to cache the last returned result (configurable as setting), especially if the module depends on a third party datasource connected over the internet.
