I would like to know if DNN supports XSLT 2.0 transformations ?

Re: Does DNN support XSLT 2.0 ?

The Xml module uses the ASP.NET System.Web.UI.WebControls.Xml Control which wraps the System.Xml.Xsl.XslTransform Class. It supports the XSLT 1.0 syntax.

If you find any impementation in .Net that supports XSLT 2.0 it will be no problem to create a DNN module though.

forms & Lists (UDT5.0) will be the next major release of the User Defined Table project.
A first Preview is available, though it requires DotnetNuke 5 (Beta 5).

Need to import external data to a UDT? Try http://www.codeplex.com/Csv2UDTImport

Re: Does DNN support XSLT 2.0 ?
Thank you for your answer. I cannot find a class that supports XSLT 2.0 syntax. Perhaps in the framework 3.0...

Try to google and you will find a lot of hints why xslt2.0 is not going to be part of the 3.0 framework.

Re: Does DNN support XSLT 2.0 ?
Hello,

I've found an impementation in .Net that supports XSLT 2.0. It would be nice if DNN could work with it. Do you think it's possible ? An other point to improve would be to support xQuery 1.0.
