Install 4.5.1 Does not go beyong first page 

I had a successful installation on dnn but then I wanted to try to install it as a separate web site using the url to get to it.

i.e. http:\\website.domain.com.  Now after i create a fresh copy of dnn and go to the installation wizard, it goes to the first page (type of installation) but when I click on next, nothing happens.

I have tried uninstallinf SQL Express and reinstalling.  Running on W2003 server, all the latest updates.  I have another web site on the server in the defailt sites (asp and ajax) and this is running OK.

Any ideas?  Thanks
