Simple bug: Replace "availalble" with "available"  

Install 4.6.2 and eventually you get to the following line:

"Installing a Skin and/or container does not automatically enable it, but it makes the skin availalble to you."

"available" should replace "availalble".

I tried to figure out how to add a new issue in Gemini but gave up. Too much hassle...
