great, that you was able to fix it. For Users Online, you need to activate the appropriate setting in host settings and the associated scheduler task, as it uses the statistics from "Users online" module.

Greetings!

I also did an upgrade to DNN 3.3.5 (from 3.2.2) and I'm experiencing some trouble. Some custom modules doesn't work anymore:

  • One of them complaints about a missing method, ConvertMembershipToUserInfo;
  • The other crashes because of a Role problem ("Roles feature not enabled") when the GetUsersInRole method is called.

Do these methods still exist in 3.3.5? Maybe these problems are caused by a bad user account in the aspnet or user table.

In addition, a huge amount of scheduler exceptions have been showing up since the update was done last week.
