THere is no installer project. There has been no release of this ever. As of right now I believe nobody is running with the project at all, so don't expect anything. This project may have a forum home but nothing is built so don't wait for anything. As it is, dnn is very installable without compiling, simply take the Install zip, upload to the server and the rest is pretty automated aside from web.config settings. So, in short you can install dnn without compiling code and quit getting angry because as far as I know there will be no automated installer anytime soon.
