When using the "installer" on a new install on local machine localhost\MyDNN, the DNN app doe not boot and i get the following error message, help with resolving the problem is appreciated, TKS;

I understand the need to change release to web.config when using the install version of DNN, however, when using the "installer" presumably the installer automates the process and no manual configuration changes are necessary? Also, the error message indicates a problem with the App Code? Suggestions with how to resolve are appreciated, TKS for the help,
