At 2:13 am PST, the www.dotnetnuke.com website was upgraded to version 3.1.1 for the customary "dogfooding" of this release.  The site was offline for about a minute, and was returned to full service at 2:15 am PST.

Pending favorable experience (and no showstopper defects), the 3.1.1 release should become available to the general public within the next week or so.
