Can't Set General Settings

Hello, I have installed the forum module and had no errors on install. I'm running DNN 4.8.1 and Forum 4.4.3.

When I click on the General Setting button in Forum Administration, I get the following error:

Error: Forum Configuration is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Modules.Forum.Settings.BindPosterLocation() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Forum.Settings.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

I have read on the forum to restart the applicaiton in Host Settings. I tried that but it takes me to the DNN install wizard to install DNN. The entire site is complete sans the forum. I can not reinstall the application at this point. LOL and keep my job.

The following if from the Event Viewer:

Re: Can't Set General Settings

Please login as Administrator not as Host, or ad the host to the module settings role and add edit permission to it.  Was it a upgrade or complete new install?

Re: Can't Set General Settings

Is your issue now solved? I would mark this thread then as resolved.
