Reply restricted to a particular group in Forum module...?

Halo guys,

Is it possible to restrict  reply to a "Discussion" to a particular group in Forum module.

For example if i have a Discussion Group named "Football". All the members must be able to post their queries there in that group.

But the reply must be made by a particular  role group only(Let it be "FootballOfficials"). Other members out of the role group "FootballOfficials" must only be able to

see the replies made but must not be able to reply it.

kindly help me in achieving this.

All replies are appreciated
