Brain,

you are right, the users that not looked in the Forum will not assigned to the ForumsUsers table.  There is no workaround at time. Sorry.  Each user have logged in and do a first visite of the forum, so they add to the forumsUsers list.

No post from certain user,

I am wondering why I don’t receive any email notification from Gilles Le Pigocher. I checked Store module forum in My Setting -> Tracking Forum and I receive every reply from store module forum except replies originating from Gilles. What’s wrong? Is this caused by issue discussed in this thread? Thanks in advance for your time.

I think not.  It can be happend that the SMTP settings in the Host settings are not well.  Also it can be that this user is listed as a Junk-Mailer. On the 2nd it can be filtered by the Mail server and the mail clients.  Also it can be he didn't ativate the E-Mails settings in the Forum Admin settings.

thank you for quick response. I should specify that this happens on portal dotnetnuke.com – the SMTP settings should be ok, isn’t it?
 
Next, this user is Store Project leader on dotnetnuke.com – where can be he listed as Junk-Mailer? May be stupid question, but I don’t use forum module, for that reason don’t known module settings.
 
I am sure he is not filtered by my mail server or mail client, I have my own mail server and I am the admin.
 
If the last possibility is the case (he didn’t activate the e-mails in the forum Admin settings) can you help Gilles Le Pigocher with this setting or should I forward this information to him?

Team Leads have some special settings.  The Forum Module dotnetnuke.com is not manged from the Forum Team. Gilles have to make please a support suggestion in the privat Team lead forums.  The Admin will then check  this.
