Feature Request: Localized Time
Currently Times are displayed in Server Time. While logged in users have a time offset specified in their profile it would be convenient to display date/time in users local time.

Re: Feature Request: Localized Time

This does this now.

Am I missing something?  If I go into my profile here, change the timezone, all times are updated immediately on the forums.

Re: Feature Request: Localized Time

Chris,

you are right, the post within a thread are displayed showing the local time of the poster (whilest I am more interested in interpretation in my timezone, so I do know, how old it is.) In the thread list and forum list, the last post is dated in the posters local time - what is not very usefull.

Another point: dates seem to be always displayed in server format (for us the unusual "12h am/pm"). Is there an option to read this from the browser locales or are user settings used - I cannot test this since Dotnetnuke.com does not support other locales than en-US.

Greetings from Germany

Sebastian
