Exception thrown when attempting to view a post while not logged in. 

I experienced this on the DNN website.  The error I get is a friendly error and says object reference not set to an instance of an object. 

Here's the steps to reproduce.

Close your browser,

Open browser to www.dotnetnuke.com

click project forums link,

click a thread (I clicked the developing text/html module thread.)

you should see the error.

I believe this was a minor error in the code that tried to work out the default language of anonymous users. It's been fixed in the source, but not rolled out yet.

We are aware of the bug in this intermediate build.  It has been corrected for the upcoming release.
