How you upgrade is install the latest version, its basically that simple.  There was a bug discussed which i was unaware of until today.  Please see the thread in this section about configuration settings.

This is the link to the thread I think you need.  It's just down a couple from here.  Upgrading is easy, just install it like you were installing a new module.  Nothing to it.
