Re: Edit Forum issue after upgrade from 3.20.09 to 4.4.3

I had this forum module working before I even upgraded to 4.8.0.  Now I am at 4.8.2 and have the same issue others are reporting. Can you help asap please?

Here is the error log. I actually get two errors, one for the module and one for the page.

Re: Edit Forum issue after upgrade from 3.20.09 to 4.4.3

That does not work for me. I get errors as I said in my post.  The specific error is

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint 'IX_Permission'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.Permission'. Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint 'IX_Permission'. Re: Edit Forum issue after upgrade from 3.20.09 to 4.4.3

No matter how many times I try to run the script I get the error.  I just double checked and I am getting the same result.  I am not sure what you mean by "force the script".  I went under host pasted the code into the SQL section, and checked off "run as script" and got the error I posted.  Is there something else I should be doing?
