Re: Edit Forum issue after upgrade from 3.20.09 to 4.4.3

Is there anyway to fix this without recompiling code?  I just ran into this problem unexpectedly.

Re: Edit Forum issue after upgrade from 3.20.09 to 4.4.3

My issue is similar in nature, but I don't have ANY entries in my Forum_Permission table anymore. I cannot uninstall and reinstall the forum module to fix it without losing all of my data?

I have several forums for customers that are live and insofar they have not found the problem with adding forums just yet. I would like to get it fixed before it becomes an issue and I lose clients over it. Is there an SQL script I can look into in order to get the permissions ironed out?

Sorry, didn't read right your question.  There is one why that have Philipp Bercker posted in this thread.  This is the only way at time.

I will look at the weekend, into it, to try making a SQL script.  But I am not sure at time if it is possible.
