Menu Images not rendering

Fresh install of DNN version 4.8.1 with Forum 4.4.3.  Using a pure CSS skin from DNN Creative.

When using the andreas01 - index_2col_right skin and any of the included containers, the forum module shows grey boxes where the moderate/admin/my posts... images are, at the top of the module.  If I change to the DNN-Gray - Vertical Menu - Fixed Width skin and keep the andreas01 - h1 title container, the images appear as they should.

Any clues where I can start troubleshooting this?

Thanks, great job on this project.

-Jeff

Re: Menu Images not rendering

Not sure I understand what your saying.  If you are asking do I have .js code to handle a transparency issue in my skin, I do not.  I did have some .js to handle a print.css file but I did not see anything regarding transparency.  I removed the script and tried again, same issue.  I do see Firefox web developer toolbar telling me that window.attachEvent is not a valid function.  However, the same error occurs in the DNN Grey skin and the images render fine.

Any other help you can provide would be awesome.

Something else.  Using the same skin, when I select Forum Administration.  Those images render fine.

Re: Menu Images not rendering

I've the same problem after the update. First all icons were missing, I added the missing icon files manually to the theme folder that was working except for the main menu. The navigation toolbar links are presents but transparent, the icon for all toolbar links is the same: /DesktopModules/Forum/Themes/DNNSilver/Images/ib_spacer.gif.
