Forum Error under portal admin account 

Strange error
Under administator account can't see forim module
Just Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Error on top of page
And empty Forum container
Under normal user account forums displayed fine, but i cant change its settings :(
Didnt changed anything on site, but few days before all worked fine.

could this be related to localization.  I mean, make sure both a normal account and the admin account are both using US English for Timezone in their profile settings.  (This will rule out or confirm localization)

May be its localization issue but i dont think.
Default site lang is Russian/ also TZ is also +9 UTC by def.
Most of users uses same setting - they can see forums, admin can't.
Also, as i said before - its woked for some time ago? and i didnt changed
any TZ/Lang setting for admin when it stopped to work.
ust tryed to set English/UTC for admin- shows same error.

So, noone can't help me with that ?

Can you explain little more
whats mean double post ? Posts with same PostID ?
If so - ive checked, thers is no doubles.
