Make a forum public moderated

Hi,

I want to set the forums to public moderated.
- (only registered users can start a tread and/or reply to a tread, the forum administrator must moderate everything)

So I logged in as host and in the forum setting I have chosen the option "public moderated".
When I hoover with the mouse cursor over the forum icon, the message appear "public moderated".
When I log out, and hoover with the mouse cursor over the forum icon, the message appear "public moderated with new post".

What I' am doing wrong?

With regards, Ton Hermes

Re: Make a forum public moderated

Ton,

Have you tried to make postings in your forum with a non-admin user?

If this user is not included in a moderation role you should be getting a message stating that your posting is queued for moderation. Untill it has been processed you won't see it in your forum.

Groetjes,

Marc

Re: Make a forum public moderated

There is a known issue with the message.  It is viewed to trusted users too.  This will be fixed in one of the next versions.  It is also posted in this forum and to the gemini (bug tracker).
