File Attachment Option for all the users who use the Forum Module

Halo guys,

i logged in as Admin in DotNetNuke and in the "General Settings" of Forum settings i checked the "Include File Attachment" Checkbox.

After that i logged out and signed in as a user. But i cannot find the "File Upload" option at all, while trying to create a new thread for the user.

Only when i login as Admin i could find the "File Upload" Option in the forum while creating  a new thread.

How could i get this "File Upload" option for all the members who use this forum.

Kindly help me in this regard.

All replies are appreciated.

Please read the user manual.  You can get it from the Forge Project:Forum Download page.  It is descript there.
