Installation problem - Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_koomadnn_Schedule'

Did any of you guys come across this problem? When I'm trying to install forum, I get almost everything all right except for these exceptions which break it:

The thing is - I've made sure that koomadnn_Schedule didn't contain the 'DotNetNuke.Modules.Forum.CleanupEmailQueuedTasks, DotNetNuke.Modules.Forum'. Plus - the primary key in koomadnn_Schedule is an int, identity key, which the insert is not trying to affect in any way.

Anyone came across this before?

Kind regards

Piotr Smolanski

What DNN version are you using, and is it a upgrade of a previous version?
