Does anyone works with Email Notification bugs? It does not work for forum at all!

Please look, i am sure this is problem for many people. Ever when checked "Notify" forums does not send emails :(

A lot of people said about it here:

This is very bad, because DotNetNuke losts clients. Forum is a heart of the site! Please make it live!

Absolutely agree... something we have to deal with manually so as not to let the current forum bugs kill our community completely.

Unfortunately I wasted several days solid trying to sort this, asking in the forums only to eventually be told "it's a known bug". I think moderators/DNN developers have not shown much interest - because the notifications work for moderators.

Absolutely agreed with you!

HEY, mODERATORS! Do you hear us? We are DNN developers! We help you to build DNN community! It is our common world and would be good at least to post small answer :(

In generally looks like DotNetNuke community dies :( I Have spent many hours in forums reading and there are several problems:

1) forum is 50% dead, because moderators (or developers) do not want to fix bugs (it is more then 2 weeks already);

2) big delays with module reviews and answers for questions for Market Place;

3) new releases?

Dear Colleagues, what do you think abou it? Can anyone comment situation?

Generaly, ther would not be a new release all 2 or 4 weks. It can not handled by the team. We are working on some fixes and if it is done and the module is internal tested, we submit to release Tracker.

I know in the last beta this issue was fixed. So it is fixed in next version. I think Chris have post about the timestamp befor 2 or 3 days.
