Suddenly getting error on DNN Core Forums for DNN v3.1.1

Hi All,

After making a change to the module permissions (allowing a specific role "Edit" permissions on the module) to a Forums instance, I started getting the following error:

A critical error has occurred.
Ticks must be between DateTime.MinValue.Ticks and DateTime.MaxValue.Ticks. Parameter name: ticks

The Forums module is completely empty--just the container shows.  Here's the complete stack trace from the DNN Log Viewer:

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.PageLoadException: Ticks must be between DateTime.MinValue.Ticks and DateTime.MaxValue.Ticks. Parameter name: ticks

You will continue to get errors using that version of the module. Unfortunately, with that DNN core you don't have much of an option.

Meaning, the only fix is to upgrade?
