Forum slow for certain users...

The forum module is very slow for users that have a lot of posts. The front page will load quickly but the child forums take a very long time to load. The users with the most posts are having the worst time. Users with few posts don't have any problem. Any ideas?

Re: Forum slow for certain users...

Is it a hosting or have you a complete server?  It could happend with the memory the server can use.

Re: Forum slow for certain users...

It's being hosted by Go Daddy. I'm beginning to think that they may be my problem.

Re: Forum slow for certain users...

I think that the server is sometimes overloaded.  A big Forum module needs some more memory for caching and the database use.  Perhaps a speaking with the hoster can help?
