| Problem with core Forums after DNN 3.1.0 upgrade |
|

Hi all
Just posting my problem here for better tracking (http://forums.asp.net/962601/ShowPost.aspx) - has anyone seen this:
|
I'm getting a path length error after upgrading to 3.1.0 - I upgrade
the Forums to the latest version, and I still get the error:

I know that doing the DNN upgrade to 3.1 while still having forums 3.0.13 goes just fine. We ran it this way here on dotnetnuke.com for a couple weeks. Now, looking at the error I am wondering if this has something to do with webfarm support. If you notice lots, lots of Cache items going on here. Did you change your cahce and farm support from the defaults in the web.config? Did you change anything else in the enviroment?

Thanks for the help - no, I didn't change anything - cache is on
moderate (under Host Settings) and no web farm support (and
didn't touch the WC)
What I don't understand is why it only happens on that user - it is the
most active user and I tried erasing the signature and all the other
bits of info I had set but with no luck... I'm not using an Avatar, and
when I scanned the file system I couldn't see any path that could be
too long?
Thanks
Thanks,
Rodney
