Cannot Create A Forum
Creating a forum.  Is there anything I need to do other than install the Forum/Blog zip?  I installed the forum but when I try to follow the steps to create a forum I recieve a critical error that states:
A critical error has occurred.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Here is what I have done:

DNN 3.1

Uploaded Forum/Blog Module 03.10

Installation was successful

Added forum to a page

Select Manage forum
