Email Notification 

I have looked aroung the blog module now with all combinations of user permissions, and I can see no way for anybody to indicate they want to get an email when a new blog is added.

I see the settings in the Configuration, "Permit users to "subscribe" to a blog post.", but as a normal user I see no where to do it.

This blog module is pulled and is no longer supported.  There will be a new blog module release completely seperate from this project.
