Animated Menu WebControls v2.0
On the demo website http://webcontrols.dotnetnuke.com/samples/menuanimation.aspx. The DotNetNuke WebControls v2.0, sample demonstrates different animation that can be applied to the menu.

How can I apply this same animated menu WebControls to my DNN 04.08.02 website?  Or is this just a demo for the next generation of DNNMenu?  If I can use this animated menu on 04.08.02, could someone please tell me how to install it in layman terms?

I have a basic understanding on designing skins and how some of the WebControls work. I have downloaded all the project files and documentation, I just can’t figure out how to use these files in DNN without locking it up.

Re: Animated Menu WebControls v2.0

The animated menu is currently in beta.  It requires the MSAJAX framework to function.  Detailed steps (videos) on how to install the BETA can be found at this url

Re: Animated Menu WebControls v2.0

The technology used is the new ClientAPI, soon to be released.  Specifically it is now incorperating tweening capabilities.  More info on how this can be used is in this blog.
