Actions containing duplicate menu items

Hi Jon,

I'm not sure if you've seen my Aggregator module before or not but it basically injects modules into tabs. To support PartialRendering I'm now forced to do this in my Init event rather than Load as I had done in the past. I have an option to show the modules without their containers so I set the module container to something similar to the old 'no container.ascx' which has a single Actions control using the DNNMenuNavigationProvider. The actions menu does show but for some reason I'm getting a bunch of duplicate menu items now instead of the expected menus. For instance, delete is showing up twice and so is the move menu branch. Have you seen this before and is there something I can do to remedy it. The menu still seems to be usable but of course it's a little confusing for some of the users. Also, if I set PopulateNodesFromClient="True" I get a 404 - object not defined error, so I'm using it with the PopulateNodesFromClient="false" now.

Any ideas?

Re: Actions containing duplicate menu items

Can't say I've seen the dup item before.  Did you try putting a breakpoint in to see what is adding it the second time?

The 404 is caused by the control not being loaded when a callback is initiated.  I'm guessing that during the callback, your dynamic insertiion of the container is not done...  Again, I'd place a breakpoint and determine what is happening on callback.
