Re: Solpart menu - I'm probably in the wrong forum.

Hi Jon, Sorry for the double post.

And the reason for my confusion was that the information was TO obvious for me. I missed it completly. :o)

It worked like a charm!

This made my day!
Thanks.
:o) Rob!

Re: Solpart menu - I'm probably in the wrong forum.

Hi Jon. Hot topic. I'm using StartTabId in SOLPARTMENU of DNN 3.2. That's working without downloading your free module. Or should I download your free module?

StartTabId only works for me if level="Child" and rootonly is not set to true. Is that right?

Thanks hopefully for any pointers

Re: Solpart menu - I'm probably in the wrong forum.

If all you want to do is specify a root tab, then yes, you no longer need my module.

using starttabid with rootonly wouldn't really make sense... though I suppose you could do it...  I am not aware of any issue with using starttabid with different levels...

Thanks Jon for your reply.

StartTabID with rootonly makes sense for me because I am using your control to implement multi-lingual pages. My root pages are named English, French, German. But a skin for each language sets the StartTabID according to the language. A simple LINKS skin object now selects the language. Alas I am lost because sub menus must not display from the top menu. Any ideas?

Sounds like you still recommend downloadnig your free module because it does more. Is the most recent download still compatible with DNN 3.2? Is there any documentation?

Thanks hopefully..
