SolPart Menu - Horizontal menu, keep parent as Active.

Hi Jon, This has low priority as everything is working as expected for me. Very slick. I'm very happy with the new attributes available to SolPart. I have hardly started looking at them, but already they have solved a lot of issues I had.

There is one thing that I do not manage to get working as desired (I dont' think it's possible). I have a horizontal type of menu system with a Root Menu defined as [SOLPARTMENU:1] and a child menu defined as [SOLPARTMENU:2].

As I select an item from [SOLPARTMENU:2] the root menu [SOLPARTMENU:1] looses it's active status, and my active attributes are not used. I would like to keep the root [SOLPARTMENU:1] remember its active as I navigate around on the child items. Is this possible?

/Rob

Re: SolPart Menu - Horizontal menu, keep parent as Active.
This is one feature that has been asked about before with the menu.  Unfortunately, it is one I haven't had time to implement...  I am not sure if I will ever get to it in Solpart...  for I plan on getting the DNNMenu out of beta first, then possibly implement new features in it.

Ah, ok. Then I don't have to put my head into that! Very good work Jon, and thanks a million for the support you provided!

Seems I'm becoming an expert in double posting.. I guess by studying myself, we need protection from double post in the DNN forum.

Edited due to a double post!
