Hi David,
It is a recurrent issue in this forum the lack of languages supported by .NET (it is not a problem of DNN itself). For example, for the Spanish Language, there is no support for Cuba (es-CU) provided by the .NET Framework in none of its versions (up to 3.5).
However, Sebastian Leupold found two very interesting links that you may follow and investigate. I have that task pending myself ;-)
