I can confirm that it is a great module, I tested it with english and french on my portal, works great !
For information, there is also Ventrian News Article which is removing accented character in his last News Article module. Works perfectly.

PS: People who are using localisation, how did you solve the HTML module localisation ? Currently, there is a bug with MLHTML (Apollo module), if someone has a solution, that would be great.
