Default language 

i added a 2nd language to dnn4.7 in addition to the system locale english.

in Site Settings, Other Settings .. i have chosen this 2nd language to be the default language.

However, when i go to site .. it always displays the English as the default.

How do i make it always display the 2nd language and not the english

By default dnn also checks the browser language of the visitor. If the visitor's preferred language is available, then that language will be used. You can turn this behaviour off by going to Site > Language and uncheck the option "check browser language"
