sublink language changes back to default

Hi,

I have installed the language pack. The programs works and the language change to chinese when the flag which represent the chinese language is selected. However, when it comes to the sublink which is found inside one of the page (e.g acid rain from environmental problems page), the language of the menu bar changes back to the default language which is the english. I have to select the flag which represent chinese language again and this occurs to every sublink. What is the problem and how should i go about doing it? Please help! Thank You!
