Multilanguage portal 

I have choose DNN for my newest web application... but like incredible suprice I have discovered that there isn't a defult implementation of a multilanguage core?!?
From two day I passing my time read post/blog and like this interesting guide:http://declic-video-fx.com/language/en-US/DNN.aspx

I found that the unique solution is to install 2 modules Apollo modules  and Locopon DSLocalisator but this giude is made on 2006, after two here any other solution or implementation in the core of DNN
Why a application framework for web application doesn't contain a integrated module for localize contents?
Very strange, first of all because the version is 4.08 after 4 main version any other native solution?!?

Sorry for the question, but I'm very surprise to find this enormous problem......

Support for module texs in multiple languages, internally called "Content Localization" is on the roadmap for DotNetNuke 5, though it will not be included in DNN 5.0.

There are several solutions for providing page properties, including menus and breadcrumbs) in multiple languages, e.g. PageLocalization from Apollo and EALO from www.effority.net, available for free from the DNN Forge (see icon above). Besides, there are a number of multilingual modules, e.g. from Apollo, Locopon and www.portalfabrik.net, including MagicContent , available for free from the DNN Forge as well.
